INSTALLATION
THE THEORY OF HUMAN experience IS A simulation OF REALITY. THIS BECAME THE BASIS OF THE theoretical ASPECT OF HOW TO CREATE THE immersiveNESS OF MY installation.
THE ART PIECES THAT PLAY WITH EACH OTHER, IN THE INSTALLATION PIECE, CREATES A SIMULATION OF COMBINING THE TWO CULTURES intertwined WITHIN THE ARTWORKS. AKIN TO BAUDRILLARD'S DESCRIPTION OF DISNEYLAND AND AMERICA, IN THIS CASE, MY VIDEOGAME WORLD (PERCEIVED AS AN ART INSTALLATION) IS DISNEYLAND AND WHEN PEOPLE STEP INTO IT, MANCHESTER IS NO LONGER REAL, BUT THE ONE I PRESENT IS.
